- How do I pay for the exam?

At present you can only pay for the ICNHA Examination by PayPal.

- I paid the exam fee, now how do I login to the exam?

When we receive confirmation of payment for the exam, your user/password will be sent manually along with the login link. Depending on time differences this can take 24 HOURS. This is NOT sent automatically.
- I have passed the test, now what?

Once you have successfully completed the online examination, you must send in 3 current pictures of your work and your paste recipe. This will be the last determining factor for certification.
- Who is grading the test?

We use a third party company to independently provide and grade the exam. This insures maximum impartiality.
- I did not pass, can I get a copy of the questions I missed?

The results of your exam are not available online for security reasons.
- I did not pass the test, but I think I should have. Is there a way to dispute the results?

If you feel that the grade you received was in error please contact the ICNHA Examiner as soon as possible. They will review your test and determine if there was any errors or not.
- Is there a practice test I can take?

At this time there is no practice test available. Please review the study guide thoroughly before taking the exam.
- Where can I learn to do henna?

Our certification is for those who already know how to mix and apply henna. We are not a school or instructional website for beginners to learn from. If you want to learn the art of henna then we suggest searching the Internet (there are many great and well known sites dedicated to henna) or visiting a local henna artist in your area as asking if they will mentor you.
